Terms of Service.

By accessing or using LSKhata ("the Platform"), a product of Lacspace Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

LSKhata provides a comprehensive Business Operating System including Point of Sale (POS), Inventory Management, Accounting, Staff Management, and Business Intelligence tools. The Service is provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) through our web and mobile applications.

LSKhata operates globally with specific compliance frameworks for South Asian markets: • Nepal: Compliant with Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008) and Consumer Protection Act, 2075. • India: Compliant with Information Technology Act, 2000, IT Rules 2021, and relevant GST regulations. • International: Adheres to standard SaaS governing principles and commercial laws of the jurisdiction where Lacspace is registered.

The LSKhata mobile app is free to use. Creating an account and using every feature of the app costs nothing, and there are no tiers or in-app purchases. • Web dashboard: Access to the web dashboard is arranged directly with our team. Request it from the mobile app, under Menu → Dashboard Access. • Terms: Any commercial arrangement for dashboard access, including its duration, is agreed with our team in writing and handled outside the application. • Withdrawal: We may suspend dashboard access where these terms are breached. Mobile app access is unaffected.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • Ensuring all staff members added to your portal comply with these terms. • Ensuring the legality of the business transactions recorded on the platform. • Prohibited use includes: money laundering, recording illegal transactions, or attempting to breach the Platform's security.

• Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the business data you input. We do not claim any ownership over your business records. • Platform Property: All software, UI design, logos, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Lacspace Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSKhata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
